FAQ
Common questions about VehKeep
Clear answers about getting started, reminders, and what happens to your vehicle's history and documents.
Getting started
Where should I start in VehKeep?
Add your vehicle and its nearest important due date, such as an inspection, insurance renewal, or service. You can fill in older history later at your own pace.
How does VehKeep help with due dates?
Save inspections, OC/AC insurance, service, tires, or custom tasks by date or mileage. Once the work is complete, the record stays in history and you can set the next reminder.
Data and privacy
Does every vehicle keep a separate history?
Yes. Details, mileage, records, costs, documents, and reminders stay attached to the right vehicle, while the most urgent items can appear together.
Can I keep invoices and photos with a record?
Yes. Attach a document or photo to the exact event in the history, so it stays together with the description, mileage, and cost.
Can I download my vehicle history?
Yes. CSV export helps you keep your own copy or prepare an organized history before selling the vehicle.
Are my records public?
No. Your records are available after you log in to your account. We do not publish them in search results or present them as an official vehicle history.
Plan and billing
Do I need to add a card to get started?
No. You can start the history of one vehicle for free and without adding a payment card.
When do I need Pro?
When you want to add more vehicles to the same account and keep a separate history for each one.
